To expedite a family’s assistance, we request mortuaries be on our verified list.
We can only provide assistance to families working with a verified mortuary.
For families, if you do not see your desired mortuary on the verified list, please send us an email at admin@lunababies.org and we can work with the mortuary to become verified.
If you are a mortuary and interested in supporting families through the Luna Babies Foundation, please review and sign the Mortuary Verification Form (2024) and return it with the supporting documents.
